The dynamic duo from Pop Team Epic are spreading the word for the upcoming animated film Batman Ninja with a re-enactment of the “Are You Upset?” scene as Batman and the Joker!
The voice actors featured are Yamadera Kouichi and Wataru Takagi, who play Batman and the Joker respectively in the new movie. In addition, the studio behind this ad is Kamikaze Douga, which is heavily involved in both Batman Ninja and Pop Team Epic’s animation.
Directed by Mizusaki Junpei, Batman Ninja begins when Batman and not only his allies, but also his enemies are transported to feudal Japan through Gorilla Grodd’s time machine.
Batman Ninja will reach America first with a digital release of Apr. 24, but will hold its theatrical premiere in Japan on Jun. 15.
