"Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon" The Super Live, a new stage adaptation of international megahit Sailor Moon, has just released new cast visuals and event information for its Tokyo preview performances!
While the main show is to premiere in Paris as part of Japonismes 2018, an event celebrating 160 years of friendship between Japan and France, preview shows will first be held at AiiA 2.5 Theater Tokyo from Aug. 31 to Sept. 9.
The show's cast consists of three rotating teams, represented by heart, diamond and musical note symbols. The heart team will feature Yumemiya Kanae as Sailor Moon/Tsukino Usagi, Kokona as Sailor Mercury/Mizuno Ami, Hirai Kotomi as Sailor Mars/Hino Rei, Obana Kie as Sailor Jupiter/Kino Makoto, Sena as Sailor Venus/Aino Minako, Kyoka as Queen Beryl, Sanada Reo as Kunzite, and Tatemichi Riona as Tuxedo Mask.
The diamond cast will feature Koga Natsuki as Sailor Moon/Tsukino Usagi, Kawamura Umino as Sailor Mercury/Mizuno Ami, Ninomiya Kyouko as Sailor Mars/Hino Rei, Matsuzaki Kanna as Sailor Jupiter/Kino Makoto, Nakanishi Yu as Sailor Venus/Aino Minako, Aikawa Makoto as Queen Beryl, Sanada Reo as Kunzite, and Tatemichi Riona as Tuxedo Mask.
The musical note team will feature Kasai Tomomi as Sailor Moon/Tsukino Usagi, Kaechi Momoko as Sailor Mercury/Mizuno Ami, Hasegawa Yui as Sailor Mars/Hino Rei, Yamazaki Shio as Sailor Jupiter/Kino Makoto, Gotou Saya as Sailor Venus/Aino Minako, Julia as Queen Beryl, Sanada Reo as Kunzite, and Tatemichi Riona as Tuxedo Mask.
The preview shows will also hold several events for fans to enjoy, such as high five opportunities with the five inner Senshi and Tuxedo Mask and lotteries to win photo sessions with the cast and signed goods.
