Spider-Man: Far From Home Plot Details Emerge

Movies

Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige recently got to talking about the difficulties of marketing future Marvel Cinematic Universe movies after the universe-altering events of Avengers: Infinity War, and in the process dropped some additional hints about the plot of the upcoming Spider-Man: Far From Home, the sequel to Spider-Man: Homecoming.

In an interview with io9, Feige was resolute in the fact that fans would not be seeing any of the deceased characters from Infinity War in trailers for future movies. It has already been confirmed that the first MCU film following Avengers 4 will be the Spider-Man: Homecoming sequel, which has been confirmed to be titled Spider-Man: Far From Home.

Feige offered up some vague information about Far From Home, playing up the fact that, in many ways, the title is quite literal. “Well, when does that movie take place?” Feige said. “We know it’s the summer. I think it’s summer vacation. I think he’s going to Europe with his friends. I don’t know what summer… I mean, I do know [but you don’t].”

It has been known for some time that the Homecoming sequel would take Peter Parker well beyond the limits of his normal neighborhood stomping ground, New York City. Feige has said previously that the film would be partially filmed in London. Little else about the sequel film is known at this time.
